Per-seat pricing punishes you for the thing you want — getting everyone to actually log their time. If the finance lead, the delivery managers and the contractors all have to be worth a seat licence, half of them never get added, and the data stops being trustworthy. So we don't do it.
Every plan. Add the delivery team, finance, ops, and contractors. Your utilization numbers are only as good as your coverage, so coverage shouldn't cost extra.
Modules toggle on and off in Settings, and each plan includes a defined set. You're not assembling a quote out of twelve line items.
The tiers track firm size and revenue band because that's what changes what you need — multi-entity matters at 50 people, not at 15.
Yes. There is no seat count, no per-user uplift, and no "active user" metering on any plan. The flat fee is the fee. This was a deliberate decision — seat-based pricing quietly discourages exactly the behaviour the product depends on.
Because ability to pay and what you're replacing differ by market. India pricing reflects local budget reality, where the typical incumbent stack runs ₹12,500–20,000 a month all-in — pricing at US levels would be a multiple of the entire tool budget. European pricing carries a premium reflecting the additional data-protection and e-invoicing compliance work required to serve EU customers properly. Regional pricing applies to entities billed in that region.
You move up when you need what the next tier has — most commonly full capacity planning at Growth, or multi-entity and multi-currency at Scale. Growing headcount alone doesn't force a move, because users are unlimited.
Yes. Time & Contribution, Projects and Dashboards are the always-on core, and the rest switch on as you need them. Plenty of teams begin by fixing time capture and approvals, then turn on resourcing and billing once the data is trustworthy.
